2Eligibility and Registration

For withdrawals or large transactions, the authority may request identity verification. If the required documents are not provided promptly, processing of the transaction may be delayed.

  • A copy of a national identity card or passport.
  • Proof of ownership of the mobile wallet.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bnn880 supports transactions through the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for all methods).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal processing time: Generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
  • Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

Withdrawals will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted. The authority does not delay or reject any withdrawal without valid reason; however, if fraud is suspected, the withdrawal may be held until verification is complete.

Warning: To prevent money laundering, we monitor all suspicious transactions. If an unusual transaction pattern is detected, the account may be subject to investigation.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus Terms

bnn880 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The terms of this bonus are as follows:

  • 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
  • Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
  • A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • The bonus applies only to the account that makes the first deposit.
  • No more than one account from the same device, IP address or household may claim the bonus.

Specific terms for other promotional offers (such as cashback or tournament bonuses) will be displayed separately. It is necessary to read the terms attached to each offer carefully. The authority reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6Gaming Rules

Game Operations

  • The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the authority reserves the right to refund the amount wagered on that bet.
  • The rules of the software providers that operate the games also apply.

Sports Betting

  • Odds may change at any time even after being announced; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
  • If a match is cancelled, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded.
  • If match fixing or any other unethical activity is suspected, the related bet may be voided.
  • Betting rules apply to all international events including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup.

7Responsible Gaming

9Limitation of Liability

Authority's Liability

bnn880 strives to ensure uninterrupted service on its platform; however, the authority's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

  • The authority is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection, power outages or issues with the user's device.
  • The authority's liability is limited for issues arising from technical errors by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI).
  • The authority is not liable for any loss resulting from the user's own negligence.
  • Services may be temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues; the authority will make every effort to restore them as quickly as possible.
  • The authority is not obligated to compensate users for lost bets under any circumstances.

10Changes and Termination

Changes to Terms

The bnn880 authority reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

  • Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
  • It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

Account Closure

A user may request closure of their account at any time. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

  • After an account is terminated, any outstanding valid balance will be returned where applicable.

Legal Applicability and Dispute Resolution

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
